Children Under the Age of 13
The Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to the Services. Note that we cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as long as needed to provide the Services to you. As mentioned above, we may also retain and use your information in order to comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
Geography of Operations
As the Services, the systems and servers on which they operate, and our offices are located in the United States, your information will be stored and processed in the United States. We care about and take many steps to protect your privacy. This includes offering Data Processing Agreement addendum to our Terms of Service (available upon request). By using the Services, you understand and consent to the collection, storage, processing, and transfer of your information to the Services in the United States.

The following provides additional details about the Personal Information we collect about California consumers and their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”).
Personal Information we collect, and the purposes for which we collect it, is described above. We do not sell the Personal Information we collect and will not sell it without providing the right to opt out. Additionally, we do not use third-party cookies for the purpose of advertising.
Subject to certain limitations, the CCPA provides California consumers the right to request to know more details about the categories or specific pieces of Personal Information we collect (including how we use and disclose this information), to delete their personal information, to opt out of any “sales,” and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
California consumers may make requests related to their rights under the CCPA by contacting us at privacy@tozny.com. We will verify your request using the information you have provided that is associated with your account, however additional identification may be required to validate the request.

We may make changes to this Policy at any time. It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page and as referenced elsewhere in the Services at our discretion. If you have an account for the Services and we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you by email to the email address specified in your account and/or through a notice on the website home page as required by applicable law.
